Return Request Timeline:

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video:

A clear opening/unboxing video is mandatory from the start (before opening the package) without any cuts or edits. This is essential for processing returns in case of:

• Damage

• Missing items

• Wrong product delivered.

Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Cases:

Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

Customized or altered products are not eligible for return.
